Talent Copy uses advanced algorithm to limit empty HDD head moves, HDD waste, noise and power on file copying and increase file copy speed dramaticaly. On windows vista test for copying of folder containing 6686 jpeg files and 143 sub folders, with size of 513MB Talent Copy was 3 times faster and a lot quiet than default windows copy.
How to use:
1.Install
2.Open windows explorer and select and copy files you want
3.Using windows explorer browse to folder you want
to copy files to
4.Right click on free/white space and from context menu
use "paste with talent copy
5.Make fiew tests before to use it with important data
(Read note below)
6.Use talent copy to copy large files or folders containing
excessive number of small files.(tested on folder with
67000 files and a lot of sub folders. Most effective if
source and destination are on same physical HDD
6.Be happy with healthy HDD
