Cycling is a great activity. Along with the exercise, you get to enjoy
the great outdoors…except when you can’t. Unfortunately, for many of us,
indoor cycling is something we have to deal with if we want to keep our
cycling legs. Others even prefer indoor cycling. For those of us who
either choose to or are forced to cycle indoors, CrankTunes is here to
make it suck a little less.
Using CrankTunes is simple:
- Plan Your Workout: Create a new workout and add all the intervals
you want to do. You can set your power, cadence, and the length of time
for each interval. In addition, you can pick a playlist from iTunes that
you want to listen to during each interval. - Ride Your Bike: Start the workout using your Apple Remote or
pressing the play button. Once you do so, CrankTunes will switch to it’s
player interface to show your your progress. As each interval begins,
CrankTunes will announce the cadence and effort of the interval as well
as start playing music from the playlist you selected. Many more
