LogonUI Background Changer is a small tool which can help you to change the LogonUI background image in Windows 7. This program will automatically do the work below:
Open Registry Editor, go to this key: HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionAuthenticationLogonUIBackground, select the value OEMBackground, and change the value data to 1
Create this folder: WINDOWSsystem32oobeinfobackgrounds, then copy the JPG image file to the folder and rename it to backgroundDefault.jpg
To change the LogonUI background:
- Run the program
- Click the "…" button to select a JPG image file (smaller than 250 KB)
- Click the "Apply new background image" button to change the LogonUI background
