computer greets you in the morning and gives you the day’s weather
report.
Now you can have the same kind of technology on your own computer.
Weather Talk is easy to set up. Just enter your name and the ZIP code
where you live.
Then set the times when you want Weather Talk to speak the current
weather conditions. You can optionally select other weather conditions
such as wind, humidity,
barometric, visibility, sunrise/sunset.
Weather Talk uses the Text to Speech synthesis API that is built into
Windows XP and Windows Vista.
