
Nokia Lumia 2520 – My tablet doesn't load up properly
- If your tablet does not load the homescreen, make sure it has been charged correctly.
- Connect your charger to the mains and then connect the cable to your tablet.
- Make sure that you are using the Nokia charger supplied with your tablet.
- Leave your tablet to charge for at least one hour and then try to switch your tablet on.
- Please note: If the battery is completely empty, it may take several minute before the charging indicator is displayed on your tablet.
Also, if your tablet has not been used for a long time, you may need to connect the charger, then disconnect and reconnect it again for your tablet to start charging.
If your tablet switches on and immediately switches off, it means there is not enough battery power and your tablet must be charged for longer.

Try restarting your tablet to resolve the problem.
- Press and hold the 'power' button for 15 – 20 seconds.
- Your tablet will power off.
- Wait a few seconds.
- Then press the 'power' button again to power the tablet back on.
- Test your tablet

If you know which application is causing the problem you can remove it by:
- Pressing and holding the 'application icon' on your 'Apps' menu.
- Then select 'Uninstall' from the bottom of your screen.
- Select 'Uninstall' in the white box that appears.
- Press the 'Windows' button to go back to the main menu.
