Walkthrough :

Part 1 :

As the cut scene ends be ready to press a button to enter Vatican. Now you have to walk out of a big room and from the left side you have to climb out. There you can simply enable your eagle vision to get highlights of the grips. Do this before climbing this very helpful. Now just follow those grips and when you reach at the top you can go behind Mario. Keep following, do not miss him. As you walk a new cut scene will begun where you can with Mario in the courtyard. Here your fighting skills will work. Some tips for that I will give you use counter attack as quickly as you found enemies coming for fighting. Once done follow the same in the city.

Short Missions :

You have follow Mario on the rooftops and move forward from the ledges till you are out of Vatican. Later on while following Mario will reach to a cottage where a new cut scene will begun to tell you the further story. In there are three mission at the starting of the area. Once is located at the southeast location. The landmark is the Woman. Talk to her. You have to pick up the follower and give to her. Walk with her and your first mission ends here.

The next is Horse riding where you can see some stables at the south side. One of the horse ran away and you have to bring it back. Run behind the horse and catch him, ride the horse and bring it back to the stables.

And the last mission here to practice your target. For that you can see some soldiers at the top of the palace. They are getting some problem in placing their cannon. You have to look for an engineer who can fix the same. The engineer can be found sleeping at the north side under a fortress. Speak to him about the issue and take him with you to fix the cannon. You can practice target here. Blow up at least 5 targets to end the mission.

After ending up all you have to go back the place from where you have started. You can see stairs in a cut scene. AT the end of the cut scene you will Ezio riding a horse and running towards the city. The screen will guide to press the control stick in order to hold forward. Now here you are fallen of the horse you can jump over some barrels in the way and swing towards the poles on the roofs. You can also then see a ladder on the wall. Climb it up it up. Even if you fall you can grip the wall to protect yourself from losing your help. Now at the top you can get help from a man who will allow you to run the cannon. Use it to blow your enemies. You have to grab the cannon as quickly as possible before the enemies reach you. Remember not to waste your cannon shots. Every shot is double when you blow a target. After when you blasted most of the enemies you will enter a new cut scene which shows you the same process what you are doing right now. Start blasting again when the scene ends. The main aim to blast the enemy cannons here. If you fail then you will be under the bombardments of the enemies.

I recommend you to keep an eye towards the walls and corners. Now as you done with the same you have to reach at the top of the tower and jump over the barricade where the soldiers are. Do not climb here, look forward to activate the fling so that you can reach at the top of the tower. From top you can see the other tower of the enemy. Target that. You can kill the same by your hidden blade to assassin. After that you have to deal with the enemies in the barricade. Most of them are an easy kill but some of them will give you a bit hard time. You have to use the kick skill here to break the soldiers who will attack you with axe. Then follow the same with a combo attack to take them out completely. When all dies a new cut scene begins.

At the end of cut scene you will find Ezio on the street with some handful of soldiers. Look on your map for the guidance to reach the entrance of Cottage which you visit before. When you reach there you will find the woman under attack by the solder. You have to reach her and save here. You have to fight of all the soldiers. Once you save here she will talk you to the secret passage which at the backside of the palace. Fight with the enemies in between and follow here. Your first chapter ends here.  

Part 2

You play as Desmond here. Follow the way to the courtyard and you will reach the fences. You will have to cross the fence and you will land on the snow heap. Watch the scene and run towards till you reach a switch and let Lucy let in. Once done with that move forward and use your skills to jump and pass on the hurdles. Desmond is same like Ezio who is equip with almost all qualities of Ezio. As you jump down you reach a dead end there. Now look up on the right side where you can see a ledge to climb. There is also a switch there. It is actually switched for the lift. Lead with Lucy and follow out some jumps. You will land on a platform. Now move below and see for a ladder. Jump in the gap and hold Lucy there.

Now above you can see an open passage. You have to jump and swing to the pole so that you can cross the water and land below. On the left there is a big level, pull it and Lucy will be able to reach another platform. She will then pull out an another level and that will drop an access bride on the water passage. Now you had dive in the water and use your hand to let Lucy climb on the bridge. Follow here. Make a jump from the above platform and then you will enter a large room. You have to stand at the spot and hold the button to carry Lucy. You will swing via air. Lucy can drop over a beam and you can then jump also. After that you will reach to a locked door. You will find form support for moving forward. Jump a bit over and try to hop over the ledges to cross the water. You have to hit the switch here so that Lucy can pass on with you. You can see a narrow wooden support which makes your way to upside. Jump behind the wall to get the switch. After that get back to Lucy and stand on the same spot to swing in air. Then climb the ladder at the bottom and jump on the stairs. On moving further you will get more switches to flips.
