Rainmaker Systems, Inc., a leading provider of sales and marketing solutions offering hosted application software and execution services, today announced it has signed a two-year agreement for lead development services with a new client, a global provider of on-demand, applied communication technologies.
Under the agreement, Rainmaker will deploy its LeadWorks on-demand SaaS platform and sales and marketing services to support the client in North America in filling its sales pipelines with quality leads and closing those leads efficiently and cost-effectively. Rainmaker will provide outbound lead development, lead follow through with reporting, telemarketing services to generate demand for marketing campaigns, professional services, and management of inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests to ensure a favorable customer experience.
