Responding on behalf of XG1 Chic, this new line of external hard drives consists of three models with storage capacities relatively comfortable puisqu’atteignant the 1, 1.5 and 2 terabytes.
Fed into the power outlet and connected to the computer using USB 2.0 for a theoretical maximum throughput of 480 Mbit / s or 60 Mb / s, these external drives come with a base for a possible continuation to the vertical and lack of fan for a small footprint and quiet operation.
Offered in two finishes white and black relatively elegant, these external hard drives will be available early 2010 at a price yet unknown. Too bad they do not exploit the new USB 3.0 standard, the speed ten times faster than USB 2.0 and destined to become mainstream in our computers.
