Leadtek Winfast Unveils high end WinFast WS1000 workstation

The world’s professional graphics-card maker, Leadtek Research Inc. launches the WinFast® WS1000 workstation that contains multitasking and visualization in one quiet and elaborate box. This NVIDIA® MaximusTM accredited dual-socket platform, equipped with the new-generation Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 CPU and the NVIDIA® Quadro® professional graphics card with a NVIDIA ® Tesla® high-speed computing GPU, helps professional users enhance productivity and simplify work processes. Leadtek will continue to launch entry-level, high-level workstations to fulfill the demand of individual fields.

Engineers, designers, and professional content workers must complete content faster with visual design and physical simulation. The WinFast WS1000 integrates the visualization and interactive design functions of the NVIDIA Quadro GPU and the high-performance computing of the NVIDIA Telsa GPU in the same workstation. The Telsa coprocessor can automatically execute complicated HDR (high-definition rendering) and simulation computing to release CPU resources to execute I/O, OS, and multitasking; while the Quadro GPU handles rich and full performance interactive design. This new system will also support the next-generation NVIDIA Kepler-based Maximus technology. 

The WinFast WS1000 allows designers and engineers to design on the same platform and execute CAE, rendering or structure/fluidity analysis simultaneously.
