Konami has finally revealed that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be sold in stand alone. Its output has been programmed, and its price is not very high because of its status as a prologue to The Phantom Pain.
Doubt still hung up recently on Metal Gear Solid V. Indeed, Hideo Kojima announced The Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes. This was put forward as a kind of prologue to the full adventure from Big Boss, but the information was missing when its mode of distribution will happen.
Konami has confirmed that MGS 5: Ground Zeroes will be sold in stand alone, in the spring of 2014 PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360. Because of its status as a prologue, the game will be offered at an attractive price of €29.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360 in physical version. The cloud version will be marketed to 19.99 euros on these platforms. However, it will cost 29.99 euros for the digital version of the game on PS4 and Xbox One.
Remember that this game is proposed to infiltrate the Omega camp where two hostages were taken prisoners. These have important information on Snake and his private military organization, which must remain secret.
To give you an idea in terms of gameplay, Kojima Productions has previously put forward a phase day and night gameplay (that can be watched on Youtube), in order to focus on the different approaches.
