Moto G smartphone comes in a new, more resistant variant.
Called Moto G Forte, this variant contains the technical characteristics of the original version introduced in late 2013, namely a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor supplied by Qualcomm, a 4.5-inch IPS display at 720p, a 3G+ network support, a digital camera of 5 megapixel and access to Android 4.4 KitKat.
It differs however in the cover which was protected by a silicone overlay to make it more resistant to shocks. This is good news, given that the original version had already shown good resistance to water – unofficial, but found during tests available on the video platform of YouTube.
Remains to be seen whether this variation of Moto G will release in our country, since launch of this smartphone is currently focused in Mexico.
Otherwise, there is the optional accessory of Grip cover which allows to achieve the same result for 19.99 dollars. It can be purchased from the online store of the brand.
