Samsung introduces Beam I8520 smartphone

The manufacturer Samsung has benefited from the MWC show in Barcelona to formalize the Beam I8520 smartphone running Android 2.1 Flash environment and carrying a projector.

Equipped with a 800 MHz processor and 384 MB of RAM, this device dimensions 12.3 x 6 x 1.5 cm announces compatibility GSM / GPRS / EDGE quad-band 850 / 900 / 1 800 / 1 900 MHz, UMTS / HSDPA triband 900 / 1 900 / 2 100 MHz and Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g.

He has a great interface AMOLED capacitive multi-touch (fingers only) 3.7 inches capable of displaying 16.7 million colors in a resolution 480 x 800 pixels with anti-scratch function and Android for rotating the view.

In his arsenal plus a GPS chip, a digital camera with 8 megapixel sensor, auto focus and LED flash, face detection, smile detection and geotagging, a front VGA sensor for video conferencing, a media player compatible DivX / Xvid with 3.5 mm audio output, FM radio with RDS, a WVGA projector on top, an internal memory of 512 MB, slot microSD / microSDHC cards accepted 32GB, microUSB 2.0 port and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity .  

And to feed all, Samsung has provided a Lithium-Ion 1 800 mAh for up to 14 hours and 10 minutes in 2G calls, up to 7 hours and 20 minutes in 3G, up to 630 hours of standby 2G and up to 530 hours standby 3G.
