Proactive Sleep 1.2 is now released for Iphone

Proactive Life LLC today is pleased to announce the release of
Proactive Sleep 1.2 for iPhone and iPod touch devices. Proactive Sleep
tracks your sleep and displays your sleep patterns when you set an
alarm at night. You can then keep track of your sleep and develop goals
that are unique to your sleep needs. We have recently released a major
update and have lowered the price of the app.

The app provides users with personalized feedback designed to help
improve sleep hygiene. Similar to diet and exercise, sleep is an
important part of a healthy life-style. We hope that by giving you
feedback on your behaviors just by doing everyday tasks like setting an
alarm, you will get information to help you better understand and
improve your sleep. The app also includes a bunch of sleep/wake
promoting features. If you already set an alarm at night, why not get

This app is based on the science of sleep, unlike many other self
proclaimed smart phone alarms. How refreshed you feel is largely
affected by two things: how much you are sleeping and the time of day.
These components of sleep also have a major impact on the severity of
"sleep inertia", or in other words, the grogginess experienced upon
awakening from sleep. The application tracks the two components of
sleep based on when you set your alarm and using a stimulating
vigilance game it also tracks your sleep inertia.
