EchoSign, a leading Web-based provider of electronic signatures and
signature automation, today announced the integration of its EchoSign
software with the NetSuite cloud computing platform. EchoSign automates
the process of applying electronic signatures and tracking the signature
process for business documents. Built using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud
development platform, EchoSign for NetSuite lets NetSuite customers
accelerate the sales process with e-signatures and fax signatures, and
increase sales performance by tracking deals in real-time across sales,
legal and finance.

The EchoSign electronic signature solution automates the
signature process from the request for signature to the distribution and
filing of the executed agreement or form. With EchoSign, the sales
person emails the sales document to a recipient, who can sign on-screen
or on hard copy, then return electronically or by fax. EchoSign then
routes the document via a pre-specified workflow back to the user, and
to any other relevant people – in financial or HR departments, for
example – while also maintaining a private copy for later reference.
Working with NetSuite
EchoSign for NetSuite lets NetSuite customers send contracts directly
from NetSuite. They can also view contract history and save
electronically signed contracts – all within the NetSuite user
interface. By simplifying, speeding and tracking the contract approval
process, EchoSign for NetSuite helps NetSuite customers improve sales
performance, which can increase sales volume and revenues.
