provider, announced today that Dixie Chopper, manufacturer of the
world’s fastest lawn mowers, has selected 4CS iWarranty and iParts
software to streamline warranty and service parts ordering processes.
Dixie Chopper will implement the 4CS software to be able to
automate and validate all the warranty processes, including product
registration, notifications of campaign and service bulletins, warranty
claims, parts returns and supplier recovery. 4CS iWarranty will enable
Dixie Chopper dealers to submit claims and create registrations using a
web interface while the data is validated using extensive business
rules. Parts returns, inspection data and supplier recovery will be
tracked and managed better through the 4CS system. Better reporting will
help address the product and vendor issues in a timely fashion.
