Mach Xtreme Technology continues its development with the announcement of its second line of SSD storage devices.
After a first range of SSD called MX DS Series which has been discovered in April, here is responding on behalf of MX-JET Series.
It means units of 2.5-inch internal storage with dimensions 10 x 7 x 0.9 inches and weighs 86 grams which is based on a memory controller JMicron 612 and flash memory type MLC (Multiple Level Cell, 3 bits per cell, 10000 write cycles per cell).
Designed in three sizes 64, 128 and 256 GB, these carriers operate internal storage interface SATA II connection speeds capped at 200 MB/s writing and 260 MB/s reading, support the Technology TRIM Windows 7, show resistance to a 500G shock and vibration of 20G and announce a lifetime of at least 1.5 million hours.
