Google improves Gmail with a modern editor for signatures

The last Gmail users can simply sign their messages with nice signatures.

Google willingly concede, the system Signatures proposed by default for Gmail has never really done unanimously by giving them what little air out of date. Users of webmail then turned to alternatives such as a Firefox extension that allows you to insert HTML signatures in Gmail messages.

Still, the feature Rich text signatures directly into Gmail has long been one of the most frequently requested. Google has finally decided to give ear to this request and now deploys a dedicated editor.

This editor is to discover in the Gmail settings in the General tab and the section reserved for the signature. Users will thus be able to compose a signature by choosing the font, size, color, insert links, images. Finally, better not be too overwhelming and keep in mind that this remains a signature.

Google also indicates Gmail can support a different signature for each e- mail address associated with his account.
