The brand Asus prepares the introduction of a new netbook, the Eee PC model 1015PEM
Based on the new Intel Atom processor double heart N550 1.5 GHz ( see our news on this subject ) and 1 GB of RAM type DDR3 (2GB max), this model is 10.1 inches turning 7 under Windows Starter Edition.
It offers a display resolution 1024 x 600 pixels with an Intel GMA 3150 graphics controller with up to 384 MB shared memory, stereo sound through two built-in speakers, a wired network connection available Gigabit Ethernet a possibility to connect wireless network Wi-Fi 802.11n.
It also offers a disc of 160, 250 or 320 GB 5400 working in revolutions per minute, a multiformat memory card reader, three USB 2.0, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, a VGA webcam, a microphone, a VGA output, a headphone, a microphone, a keyboard and type chiclet pad multitouch.
As for autonomy, it can reach 10, 11 or 13 hours of battery life, depending on the model chosen battery.
From September, ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM netbook will be sold and it will be available in four colors white, blue, black and pink.
