We finally know more about the future of the franchise Tomb Raider. Square Enix has just rumors and we now provide information on Tomb Raider.
Square Enix has therefore lifted the veil on the future of his franchise Tomb Raider. The next game is in development at Crystal Dynamics and will simply be called Tomb Raider. The title will feature the young Lara, when she was not even this seasoned adventurer, but a young woman lost in an unfamiliar environment and to prove himself to survive.
This will impose a Tomb Raider back in the life of her heroine, but not only. Square Enix is considering this as a “reboot” a new start somehow. The publisher wishes to bring a new approach to its franchise, a novel approach that has not been detailed yet.
However, details burst forth on the Internet since the formalization of Tomb Raider, we already know a little about its contents:
•Lara Croft has 21 years in this new adventure
•Crystal Dynamics has offered a reboot of the Tomb Raider brand, not only in the series.
•The song is ranked Mature, so probably 16 or 18 + the game has indeed staging dead or violent situations.
•The first weapons mentioned are: gun, bow and a shotgun.
•The title does not include a lock system, but rather a set free.
•Lara will have base camps where they can change their weapons or use them as a starting point for touring or getting through the game faster.
•Will unlock hidden areas based on improvements in the skills of Lara. A skill tree could be the game.
•The game should offer a wider field of play and therefore more freedom to players in their exploration.
•Other human characters will be present.
•Water and food will be needed to play.
